They look like ipods, and supposedly have a lot more features.
Does anyone know a store where I can buy one?
(E-bay and buying online is not an option for me, since I don't have a credit card or paypal account.)

Well, a mp4 is by defnition a player which plays .mp4 formats (also known as video). Ipod Videos are, in a way, mp4 players.
Mp4 players, the name is also giving to chinese digital audio players which has the features that you want. But they are only accesible through online stores and in Mainland China. Also, those players are extremely unreliable since they offer no garantee, no accesories and pretty much nothing you would expect from a MP4 player.
So I would suggest you buying creative Zen M, its a "mp4" player that has a lot of features, like video (.mp4/.mpeg/.mpg./.avi)etc, audio features, (.mp3/.wav./.wma) and a FM radio plus photo viewing....
Its offered at most retail stores and costs around 200 bucks.
Shops which I have seen it:
Futureshop
Bestbuy
Circut City

Staples
etc

There are these electronics stores called Best Buy and Circuit City that are everywhere. There has got to be at least one in your town.
