when I spoke to her regd the same....she told me that it is difficult...and she is really helpless in this matter....but what I feel is that even she too has that feeling but never told me....But she told me that she is not in a position to take the risks and commit ....n face her parents.........Please help me.......But i really love her...............

Odd description. What would the parents have to do with anything regarding your relationship?
I have never had a friend that I hooked up with, or told I had feelings for, end up being no longer a friend because of it. But there are two people I had feelings for that I did nothing about, and I wondered what if with those. Better to try and find out then live with regret and not trying, I say. And if you two are good enough friends (which, IMHO, is the basis of a real relationship anyway) and would both like to pursue it, why not? It's not like you find great people like that everyday.

Always be nice to her.
tell her that you love her everyday.
Make her feel good. Try to be her best friend. Always give her stuff, make her feel the most beautiful and the best women in the world I'm telling you she will want you.

Just go for her and forget what everyone else thinks or says! If you really love her than make sure she gets that message because if she just thinks it a fling she won't be interested...Just make the first move and tell her shes beatiful a lot! Girls love that!

at this point she knows how u feel about her. and she told u what she thinks about it. all u can do is continue to be her friend. u might find someone else Ur interested in who knows. or it could turn out that she likes u after all. only time will tell.
