My favorite Floyd movie/DVD is Live at Pompeii which is - in my opinion - the greatest concert movie ever.
It's actually a concert for no one....in stark contrast to the Woodstock movie which came out around the same time.
It's truly amazing in every way. The songs are from the pre-Dark Side of the Moon era - so if you're a fan of their stuff post-1973 - you may not be as familar with some of the songs (in fact - this film was recorded during a break from the Dark Side sessions - and in some versions of the film, the "concert" is actually intercut with scenes from Floyd working on Dark Side).
I'm a diehard Floyd fan - love (almost) all eras of the band - but from a concert DVD perspective - Live at Pompeii is definitely my favorite.

Your best bet may be "Live at Pompei". Followed by "Pulse".
