No...if it's denim it should look ok, as long as you wear it with the right shoes.

Personally I don't like that style. I would rather have something without the ruffels. I remeber wearing things like that when I was younger. So if you want my opinion no. But if you like it maybe you could pull it of with a nice shirt or maybe even a tank top.
It also depends what you are going to wear it for.

it is a fashion if its below ur knee caps but if not try to get one that is smaller without the ruffels and have it in jean no other material because the other material will look kinda wierd

Depends on your age. I'd look ridiculous at my age. My 3 year old niece would look adorable. Maybe up through age 16...

i think that they are still in style for sure! i even have some myself. If it is jean it will be perfect, wear them with ugg boats or if its summer, and cut sandals. Good luck, and i hope i helped!
