For Age of Empires II: Age of Kings, How can I get it into a Windowed mode?

I want to play Age of Kings in a Windowed Mode on Windows XP, so I can also use AIM and other programs without constantly doing Alt + Tab... I can't find out how to do it anywhere. Any suggestions?

This is no option to run it in a window mode.

Alt-tab is probably easier anyway.
