well I'm from Atlanta Georgia and you are suppose to get your girl 11 roses and tell her that she is the 12th if she asks why 11 roses trust me it works!

Take her out to dinner somewhere that she likes, buy her roses and a card, a heart-shaped box of chocolates and then take her home and have a quiet evening together.

First, learn to spell. It is "valentines." Your prospective love interest won't appreciate the card a bit when she finds out that you are a moron. Go back to fifth grade, take the spelling test, and then maybe, just maybe, you can graduate to social interaction outside of the shallow end of your gene pool.
