If the hormones in chicken made your breast grow there wouldn't be a chicken left for any of us. Your own body and genes determine breast size.

breast size is determined genetically. You can alter size surgically, or you can gain or lose weight to alter size.
But hormones do not make a permanent change and once cooked no hormones remain in a chicken breast, and yeast has no effect whatever.
