since when is a C a failing grade? It isn't . Even a D passes with credit. ONly an F is failing.
Tell them straight forward. Let them know it was a wake-up call for you to apply yourself. Then bring up the grades before the end of the semester.

ok darlin, welcome to existence, its not the prettiest element contained in the international yet failure is all aside of the human expirience, you cant purely say your going to positioned and end on your existence whenever you fail at something, you purely ought to shake it off and attempt difficult the subsequent time round, suicide is egocentric and may not in any respect be considered, especialy if its over something stupid like grades, i dropped out of highschool in grade ten, I even haven't any credit except my grade 9 , I have 3 better years of highschool i'm attending to demonstrate screen all my buds graduate this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, yet i dealt with it, i stuck my chest out and reported i will attempt harder this time, not anybody be triumphant the first few cases yet blunders should be fastened, ending your existence will educate not something except how a lot of a coward you're, existence's a ***** yet you both cope with it or whine about it, guy up dude, existence isn't rainbows and butterflies, dont be a lamb, be a lion! Have some faith and braveness.

Don't be a little baby...so you had a crappy semester or whatever its not the end of the world. Youve obviously done well thus far and so you should be proud. Not everyone does well every single time. My first semester of college i got 3 d's and last semester i had all b's. And Mickey is right C and D isn't failing. You still pass with D's...just barely. As long as your passing that's all that matters. You can improve next time...so make sure you strap on the homework/study helmet and get at it if you are this worried about it. Good luck you will do well as long as you apply yourself

How else can you? No matter which way you sugar coat it you got bad grades. I think they'd respect you more if you just owned up to it, approached them, and told them. I'm sure that will open dialog and they will want to discuss steps to get you back on track. Anything else will just seem like excuses and may irritate them more. They are not going to kill you... but think about it... they do have a right to be upset. Not because they hold it against you but because they want nothing but the best for you (we hope) and it is frustrating to see your child have a tough time. Being afraid is natural but wow em with courage, own up to it, make no excuses, then vow to rectify the situation next semester.

See this as an opportunity to prove your maturity. Just tell them, take accountability for what happened, explain the reasons for those grades and try to improve for the future. It's not the end of the world, it happened to all of us, but if you act mature about it you'll feel better about yourself and taking accountability for your successes and for your failures it's good practice for the future.
Good luck, my friend.

Well they're your parents... they're going to get mad regardless so you might as well tell them up front and tell them... hey, i messed up. i know i need to improve and i will do better. i can't change what happened but i can change my study habits or whatever else you want to say. They'll understand and they are human and they make mistakes too! Good luck
