Yes. Your nuts hang where they do for a reason - to keep the sperm cool until ready. Wear loose underwear, shower rather than taking baths, and avoid too much booze - you might feel randy but it makes your "soldiers" sluggish.

I have heard that you shouldnt wear tight pants when you partner and yourself are trying to concieve, apparently it is not good for your balls or something, im not sure of the scientific reasons but i know where your coming from and I would suggest that it might help. Good luck honey x

It has been said not to wear anything too constricting as you want your scrotum kept cool.
Just wear normal boxers or pants. No jock straps.
