Nicole's death, what should happen now?

I think whatever money Anna leaves behind would go to her daughter and probably be held in trust until she's a certain age...but that's just my guess of course.

Then there is the issue of paternity. Now another man is saying it's him. Gabor's husband's throwing his oar in that he may be the father ... that's crazy. And I have more a problem with Larry Birkhead than I do Howard K. Stern. HKS been with her for years and when he was on Larry King a few months ago claiming to be the father, I just got the feeling he really loved her and felt totally insulted this other bloke would be so aggressive about paternity when Anna just lost her son. Larry didn't seem to give a rats **** about how Anna was feeling and only wanted to settle things for himself.....and now she's not been dead more than a few hours and he wants to have an emergency paternity test. I think he's an insensitive prick.

I kind of think Anna's taking Trimspa might have contributed to her death. Maybe that and a mixture of anti depressants, or OTC meds for whatever virus she had.

I feel very sorry for her daughter out of all this, and I didn't like the way Anna's estranged sister was on Larry King last night saying she wants this and that and will stand by the other guy (Larry) claiming to be the father to raise the child.



Anna hasn't had a thing to do with any of her immediate family for years, and made it very clear she wanted nothing to do with them. So who in hell is this sister to say she'd stand by anyone on whatever decision was made? She probably just wants to cash in as well.

I think gabors hubby just wants the money..
I think her 'husband' or whatever he is..killed her and her son and is claiming the baby is his so he can get the money..and he prolly kept telling Anna to keep trying to get the paternity test pushed back
I believe the other guy is the dad
I think the daughter will be with her dad...hopefully not stern or gabors hubby
if stern is the father..he will get all of the money
if he isn't the money will be split 50/50 between the true dad and the daughter.
Also it depends on her will..if she has one or not..
