I'd say Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's record of points has the best chance to be broken 1 day by probably LeBron James if he stays healthy and plays in the NBA up to the age that Kareem did.
but maybe ovechkin or crosby might break gretzky's record with all these rumors every day bout increasing the net size and makin it way bigger to get more goals in games.
but Cy Young's is definately the least likely, since these days managers are even makin 6 man rotations to make sure there pitchers stay healthy all season long, so that's very unlikely to ever happen.

Honestly, I can only see 1 of these records being possibly broken in my lifetime... and I'll tell you why:
Kareem's all-time point total is exceptional... the only person really close was Karl Malone. Even Michael Jordan is 6000 points behind Kareem. The issue here is that at 1560 games played, that means that Kareem played over 19 full seasons of basketball at 24 points per game! Today's crop of basketball players seems to interested in their movie careers, their music careers, and their rest time on the bench from "injuries" to play that many games and average, say, 25 points per game... which would be needed to break Kareem's record.
Still Malone came close and Jordan...well, if only Jordan had not tried to be a baseball player...
As for Gretzky's 894 goals, this record is simply beyond belief! Not only was Gretzky such a gifted player, but he played at a time in the NHL when scoring was apparently easiest! Gretzky's 91 goals in a season is a two-year total for elite players these days! If the rules in the NHL stay the same, then how can anyone be expected to even come close to this in the future? Gordie Howe played forever and then some to be even in the same 800+ club as Gretzky... but I think the days of 50-year old scorers are long gone in the NHL... I don't expect to see this record ever broken unless the rules change by replacing the goalie nets with soccer nets! ;-)
Finally, Cy Young... 511 wins! 94 more than second place and today's hero, Roger Clemens, is not even close! This record has stood for ages and no one has come close... so, in actuality, I would say this is the record that will never be broken! Pitchers don't pitch as often as they used to and they are paid enough to retire after one good season! I mean, if Nolan Ryan, who really obviously loved pitching couldn't come close, how can we imagine someone else will? Simply put, the elite status maker for baseball players is 300 wins... Young put 211 more wins on top of that! His record is unfathomable!
So, my thoughts are that only Kareem's record will fall...MAYBE! As remarkable as it is, Malone did come close, and Jordan would have had a chance if he had not decided to play "catch" for a while and take other time off! Both Jordan and Malone have played during my day in the sun, so that would suggest that the evolution of the game is not against them breaking this record.
Young's record is older than my folks, so that's not a good sign. As no one today is even comparable statistically, this suggests that the game has evolved past the 500 game winner... maybe even the 400 game winner!
Greztky's record beats people who are my folks age, and beats it by a miracle mile... so that's not a good sign... Today's contemporaries who are mentioned in the same breath are still over 200 goals away from Gretzky and most of these are voicing their opinion on what walking-chair they want.
But get another Michael Jordan (if their is one) and make him play 16 or 17 seasons solid, and I think you have Kareem's record beaten... it won't be easy as I think that Jordan is the best, most consistent, most clutch player I have ever seen in any sport (well, Tiger might be challenging this these days) but think of it this way... Iverson is on that list of top scoring NBA players and he has played 800 games less than Kareem... find a player with good longevity of career (20 years), excellent scoring average, and a desire to play basketball and not be a Hollywood star... and he just might do it!
Whatever you do, do not hold your breath! These records are the best player performance records I know of! Put Lance Armstrong's Tour De France record here right beside them... I do not really expect any of these records to be threatened in my lifetime!

I'd be surprised to see any of these broken, but if I was a guessing man I'd say Jabbar's record.
More people play basketball than hockey, which widens the pool of possible record-breakers. Hockey simply doesn't have the universal appeal of basketball around the world.
And baseball's pitching system today doesn't let players get that many games in ,which means that Young's record will probably never be broken.

I don't think we'll see that record broken. Players are such an investment now, managers will rest players more than ever, and don't get me started about that stoopid pitch count deal. Who do you belive is the face of baseball? Albert Pujols (I spelled it wrong, didn't I) Who do you belive is going to be the new face of baseball in a few years? Stephen Strasburg
