I'm from GR. I can't really give an answer about a gift card for a specific place, since I really don't know anything about your friend and his interests.
You could get him a card for Rivertown crossings mall though, it's good for almost every store, shop or restaurant in the mall (and a few other malls too).
Or, you could just get him a pre-paid credit card. They can be used anywhere that accepts that brand of cards (MasterCard, Visa ect.). You can get those at most banks, or online.

Yep. Im in G Rap. If he likes a good resturant you could send him one from Marcos New American Bistro. Its on the NE side of town at Forest Hills and Cascade.
