They are all fun but my favorite is the Mage. I have a 65th undead mage, 60th human rouge, and 60th Undead Warrior. My mage is the funest of the 3 for PVE and PVP both. Thats my personal prefrence.
Why? Cause my mage has high dps and survivability. I crit 40% of my hits which is 10% over my rogue and 20% over my warrior. Plus with Ice Shield and my PVP Shield Trinket I have 1600 damage shields popping up. On top of that I also can level my mage faster than either of the other 2.
They are all a blast I'm just a mage fan.

No-one can answer that based off of no information.
We would need more information on your play style and whether or not you play in a group of friends etc.
Also is it for PvP or PvE mainly ?
My personal preference is a Shadow Priest for PvP and PvE

Of those three I think that mage is the best.
But personally, I prefer warlock or shaman.
