My wife did, my co-worker did, our choir director did. There are several ways. I understand there is one way that doesn't involve cutting the cornea. My wife is ALMOST 20/20 now. Her worst eye was really bad and they did a great job of it. She only has to use reading glasses very seldom on her computer job. Same with my co-worker.
Do LOTS of research before you decide. Good luck!

I know 3 people who have had the laser surgery.....all of them came out with the desired results. Wonderful eyesight. Two had no complications at all and one of them suffered from sever dry eyes for about 3 or 4 months but is now fine!!

My mom has considered it, I dont need it myself. The only thing that scares me about it is the fact that you are wide awake the whole entire time. Other than that, there aren't too many drawbacks other than the pricetag and the chance that your vision won't be 20/20 or near enough and you'll just have to wear glasses again anyways.

My dad hhad it done for his christmas and thought it was excellent worth every penny. He had extremely bad eyesight in both eyes and had it done in one at first and he said the difference was incredible so then went on to have it done on the other. Pain free also. He doesnt need his glasses anymore at all he looks so different as he has had them for twenty years ! Good luck !
