I entered into a lease agreement on December 1, 2006 and now the third month into the lease my landlord entered into a contract with a realtor to sale the house that I am currently residing in. My lease is contracted for 1 year and my payments are current. What are my legal ramifications and/or remedies?

If the lease takes precedence over any sale then you can stay in the home until your lease is up. You will probably have to move when the lease is up though. Most likley the new owner will have to take subject to your lease, meaning they will buy the home knowing you are leasing it.

Make sure there is nothing on the lease that states that the lease is invalid if owner sells said property.

Speak with a lawyer either way, to make sure you know what is going on.

It would desire to be introduced a minimum of 30 days previous to moving out. i'm able to't see him being "ok" with any plan you will desire to pay him late and circulate out with out appropriate notification. As for looking a form letter, purely write your guy or woman. it is not rocket technological expertise. tell him you're leaving and once you're leaving. Unless it specifically states otherwise in the lease, all that's going to happen is that you get a new landlord. The terms ($, months, etc.) cannot be changed.

Look for law schools around your area, many of them use their students in clinics that help resolve issues like this. They know all the laws, and best of all its free.
