I'm planning to go to Las Vegas from March 17-20. Anyone know if it's actually 70 degrees and up like some web sites say, or if it's colder and therefore I won't be able to take advantage of hotel pool, attractions, etc. Thanks!

It's usually cold and windy in March in LV. However, in the last few years, it has been a bit warmer than in previous years. All the hotels with pools have them heated in the cold weather. Just bring a light sweater and something a little heavier, and enjoy yourself!

I live in Vegas. Right now it's a pleasant 76. From November thru the end of January we didn't get above 50. We actually had a snow blizzard one day. The snow-drifts got up to about 4 or 5 inches! But the next day it was all gone.
March should be at least 70. But like a weatherman, I could be wrong--bring a light coat.

By March it will be in the 70's but the pools are usually open for limited amounts of time closing between 4- 5 pm.

It should be quite warm and nice by the time you come to Vegas. Right now (Feb.11th) it is in the 60's, and it will get warmer by March. I would still bring a sweater or jacket, because it is the desert, but can get chilly at night. I think using the pool might depend on which hotel you are staying in. Hope this helps.

I live in Vegas and it has been around 70° all week here...a little cloudy today though!
March is beautiful here. The pool might be cold, but the weather will be awesome.

I was there last year around the same time and it was low 70s in the morning then around mid-80s in the afternoon. My friends and I were able to take advantage of the pools at MGM and able to walk around. Have fun!
