Everyone (in their own democratic country) of the age of majority is allowed to vote no matter what their beliefs. She wasn't so much a star as she was someone we all heard of. I think it is rather sad that someone with so much to live for and so much money would throw her life away like that. There are people with real problems who can only wish they had what she had.

Well since you know her name, doesn't that make her a star? Star's don't have to be talented, just popular. And since I've never met her yet I know her name and a little bit about her, that would make her popular therefore, a star. So yes, they should be allowed to vote as they have the ability to observe the obvious. Those who think otherwise are incapable of seeing things right in front of their faces and henceforth shouldn't be allowed out of their homes; let alone to vote.
