but law enforcement just avoid it from going forward because of the racial group, where can I get help, they even tried to block the application of the criminal charge to go forward, anybody know how to seek help for the weak, old mirioities to get their justice.

Call a lawyer. Call the office of your local government representative. They might only recommend a good representative but that is a start.

Get a lawyer, explain the situation. You may have a law suite on your hands.

go to the Civil Liberties office in your county. Also go to the legal services office. Both offices should be able to help you.
