let me tell you somthing chaty....
there are many whom deserve medals but they didnt have it , and there is alot whom have it al though they dont worth it !!!

When I was a cop I got in this order of significance: Medal of Valor, Purple Heart, Life Saving, Community Service, Officer of the Year and a ribbon for being a field training officer.
All of those together with $5.00 will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks!
