Pink flamingo. It was at bonnaroo a few years back and it was at night after all the bands were done playing and I was laying in the air conditioned cinema tent and they had this movie rolling at like 3 in the morning. I sat in the back with some friends and we would see people walk in a sit down and then get up and walk out immediately. its an incredibly wierd film, wierd as in holy **** why did someone even make this film

Un chien andalou, a film by Salvador Dali and Luis Bunuel. The title translates to An Andalousian Dog, but there isn't a dog in sight throughout the entire film.
At one point in the film there's a man trying to rape a woman, but then suddenly sees that he's got a rope tied around his ankle with a piano and some priests on the other end weighing him down.
Then, a cloud passes over the moon and then there's a shot of a razor blade cutting an eyeball.
Weird.
Eraserhead is also pretty freaky.
The cinematography in Pi too.

Got to be either "Dougal and the Blue Cat" - a Magic Roundabout spin off film or "Head" with the Monkees in it. Woooooahhhh both equally trippy!
Oh and there was a wierd Anthrax thing called Oidivnikufesin (read it backwards) - i think that had a freaky 'panning out' bit in it. Very odd.

I second thuddie's recommendation of the 1977 movie "Eraserhead." I like quirky movies, and I've seen some doozies in my time, but nothing to top "Eraserhead." You know when you go to see a David Lynch movie that it's going to be weird, but his later movies seem almost run-of-the-mill compared to E-head, one of his earliest.
By the way, in 2004 this movie was deemed "culturally significant" by the Library of Congress and selected for preservation in the National Film Registry. Somehow that makes it seem even weirder.

Meet the Feebles. One of Peter Jackson's early movies. It's like The Muppet Show on crack.

Tetsuo the Iron Man, the Japanese are mad people. Great, but mad. My boyfriend made me watch it on his laptop and it gave me a migraine for 3 days after. It's a seriously weird film
