Walt Disney was not frozen. It was an urban legend that his body was frozen to be brought back to life if a cure for his illness was ever found. He had lung cancer, his body was already deteriorating, and he'd suffered cardiac arrest. There'd just be no way to bring him back, even if they found a cure for lung cancer as the myth goes. Another thing that people don't think about is how much damage is caused to a body when it's frozen. When ice crystals form, it's basically like shards of glass, and it causes irreperable damage. There certainly wouldn't be a way to bring someone back to life after that. Anyway, his body was cremated and his ashes were buried at the Forest Lawn Cemetary in Glendale, California.

Wow. I didn't know Walt was frozen. The only other guy I know that's frozen is Stalin from Russia. I believe he was the premier or prime minister there in the early 1900's and is considered a national hero something like George Washington is here.

Walt died of cancer of the left lung and was cremated at Forest Lawn cemetery. The certificate was signed by an embalmer named Dean Fluss, a real guy who really worked at Forest Lawn. Forest Lawn would not disclose the location of the remains, but after a search Poundstone found the grave site in the cemetery's Court of Freedom section. There is nothing remarkable about it. Conclusion: Walt was fried, not frozen.

i dont think Walt's frozen... I read somewhere that just his head is frozen, but i cant find that now either.... so im guessing he isnt...

whoever said stalin is frozen is wrong, he was embalmed, and then buried in a small grave, and the grave was then covered with cement
