Man this is one of the hardest questions I've ever had to answer on here and have given a lot of thought to it and I suppose I'd just beat the hell out of him daily, just for all the peoples lives he has impacted, so i probably wouldn't shoot him that would be to easy, but i would keep him as my prisoner for a year or so and do all sorts of fun stuff , maybe use him for a pinata at my next Superbowl party, then when I'm tired of having him stank up the neighborhood, I would go public and announce that he will be where the World Trade Center once stood on September11th at high noon and then I would just kick back and watch the show.

I'd bring him in alive. We should do the same thing we did with the first group of terrorists that tried to blow up the WTC in the early nineties: bring him to trial, give him a lawyer and all the civil rights we normally give to anyone charged with a crime in the U.S. (none of this military tribunal stuff), convict him on the basis of totally valid evidence, then sentence him to life in prison without possibility of parole. (He WOULD spend his life in prison. Charles Manson and Sirhan Sirhan are eligible for parole, and they never come close to getting it.) May he live a long and dreary life contemplating the strange way in which God has chosen to reward him in this life.
To take the other road is to play into the terrorists' hands by making him a martyr of the first order. It would prove to the world that we are no more civilized than they. And it wouldn't be true justice: one instant of pain in return for the lifetime of pain he has caused thousands of others.

Actually I'd wing him, cut his head off. Place his head on the end of a walking stick, stroll up Pennsylvania Ave. in Washington, DC. Stop by the White House and say here ya go Mr. President. I just thought I'd lend you a hand.

Hum- moral dilemma. I would maim him so he could not escape and let the justice system do the rest. Not because I hink the justice system is exactly just, but is the closest thing to the right thing to do.

I would bring him in alive. Assuming that he ends up dead either way, it would be more entertaining to see him be humiliated on international television.
