There is nothing wrong with it. I met this one guy who was a virgin until he got married, and he was 43 by then.
It all depends on the person. I didn’t do it until I was 19, and I have nothing to be ashamed of.
I have a little note for those who said to “save it for someone special”: DON’T
Don’t save it for nothing, just let it be, whenever happens, it happens. Don’t save it cause when the day comes, if it doesn’t come out as you “dreamed about it”, you wil be disappointed and will hate yourself later on.
Just let it happen, there is no such a thing as “right person” or “right time”. Take those ideas out of your brain cause you will only get hurt when you land into the real world. If you let it happen, and just enjoy the moment, you will be happy. Trust me, I have many friends (both girls and guys) that have the same sad story about their first time.

I think its comendable.
I don't think its embarassing...really the only time it becomes an issue, is when the person in question gets embarassed and boast about being a great lover...and then gets called out.
But kudos to those who have held out..I honestly wish that I could go back and change my mind.

Good for you. Who cares what the statistics are? You need to have sex when you know you are ready, not because other people are.

I say good for you.No it is not embarassing,it shows you have good morals and you are waiting for marriage. its a good thing.Too many young people start sex so young and wind up with diseases or an unwanted pregnacy. It wrecks their lives.

Why should it be embarrassing? What is right for you is nobody else's business to judge.
Remember, "to yourself be true". Nobody is ever happy if they only live their life to satisfy others expectations.
