This is the best site I have found and I use it regularly:
http://weather.unisys.com/

On the left hand side you will find a list of models. Take your pick and go to work. The GFSx/MRF model is a medium range model that goes out to ten days.

The NAM/wf model is a two day forecast and I believe it does a very good job, for short forecasts.

You can save money by predicting weather the old fashion way. Without computers. I was in the Navy in the early 60s and was a weather map plotter. In order to plot a map, you need to know the conditions in your area and conditions around the country. To get those conditions, weather observations were taken every half hour. They were as follows: record the air temperature off a wet and dry bulb thermometer and check the humidity in a louvered box; record the barometric pressure which was done two ways, one with a graduated tube with mercury and the other from a barograph that recorded the atmospheric pressure; estimate the visibility; estimate the cloud cover and what type of clouds; check the wind speed from an anomometer and check the wind direction. Put all this together from surrounding states or regions and you can predict the weather for your area with good accuracy.
