Maybe Republicans are regular hard working Americans who love their country, not hate it.

Liberals apparently don't know what they are, and we are having to put up with their rants while they try and figure it out. They are a pessimistic confused sort of gang are they not?

I don't say that as a regular thing. I know quite a few well to do Republicans and a whole lot more that live on the Red Dirt Road. And their neighbors are hardworking Democrats who also love their country.

Its not that a Republican is both a white rich guy AND a red state yokel, its that a Republican always seems to be either one OR the other -- indeed, to be a Republican means that one is either selfish or ignorant, but rarely both.

What's more, can one love one's home, but still want to make it better? Cannot one be proud of one's accomplishments and still strive hard to acheive more? Cannot one love one's country, but still find ways to improve it?

Yep, just like all the blue dots that line the Mississippi river. Those aren't vacation homes you know? They're the poorest of the poor making up those blue dots.
