Chi Guy....in answer to your question, no, I haven't heard the latest - and I'm sure they'll more "breaking" news to come.
But much more importantly, aren't you getting a little tired of all of the back stabbing and finger pointing? I'm sure there's plenty of blame to go around in hindsight - to both sides of the isle.
It seems to me that these agencies and individuals could spend their time much, much more productively in trying to solve the concerns facing our nation TODAY and not trying to dig up skeletons that will in no way what so ever help us in the present.
Perhaps AFTER we solve our present dilemmas, we can investigate why we got so screwed up in the first place and implement procedures to prevent it from happening again.

Is this the same news that admittedly falsified documents against Bush, let an anchor go and falsely reported Saddam's crimes so they could stay in Saddam's Iraq? Great source there.

Aren't you referring to the infamous "Rumsfeld Commission"? But yes, I have seen the information about the Pentagon using false, or unsubstantiated, information to secure their position on Iraq. It only goes further to show how disjointed Bush is from the American public. It is bad politics, in my opinion, not to mention seemingly illegal, for the government to be so blatant about its misuse of information to garner support for a war that has already cost us hundreds-of-billions of dollars, 3,000+ American lives, and an untold number of Iraqi civilian casualties.

For me personally this is old news. I knew this in March 2003 as Bush started his personal war on Iraq.
I'm not sure why the rest of my fellow Americans couldn't see through our government's charade.
And I am thoroughly baffled by the call to continue to support it.

Actually there is no way to disprove that he didn't have connections with Al Quaida. Maybe not Osama himself, but Al Quaida definitely.
Think about where the 2nd largest known Al Quaida network is located. Iraq.
Do you think Saddam would have allowed anytype of "network" in his country that he was not in direct control over? He killed 1000s just because he couldnt' control them, why would he let Al Quaida go running about on their own? Before somebody say's, Al quaida wasn't there until after the Invasion. We all know thats not true. If you look it up, you will see they have been there for MANY MANY YEARS. I don't think Saddam would have allowed that without involvement, do you???

This isn't news. A lot of us knew it. I heard a lot of my friends grumbling about before we invaded. I know a Captain that handed in his resignation because his report on Iraq was changed. A friend of mine got out of the navy after 16 years because they changed his report as well. And it wasn't uncommon.
