as long as the wife gets to go on girls night out and leave the husband at home....

Sure - just like it's okay for wives to go on a girl's night out and leave the husbands at home!
The only reason I can think of for it's NOT being okay is if they are going to strip clubs or whorehouses, or otherwise breaking their maritial vows. Or if it's EVERY night, and the couple never spends time together.

it is only ok, if the wife gets a night out too with your friends. If you husband wants a guys night out, he should have stayed single.

My husband never goes out with the guys and I try to encourage it. I even have to call his friends to get them all together. I buy the tickets for everyone just so that I can get him out of the house!
Granted my husband does work 14 hours a day and I do realize that he is tired but he can be so boring.
I do have girls night out about every other month because that is all I need....because I just love coming home to my husband who waits for me:)))

Of course it is. The key to a healthy relationship is having trust, but it also means that you two need a break from each other every once in a while too. He should be able to be with his guy friends too. Your a big part of his life, but he has friends too. As long as guys night out isn't every night.

A nightclub - NO
Bowling - Yes
play cards - sure
If it is a guy only activity, fishing , hunting with the buds fine but to go out drinking, dancing, having a good ole time...NO...it only causes a riff betwqeen husband and wife...

This is how my daughter got start on having an affair. Her night out with the girls. If it is a group of guys from a church sure. But a night to go to bars, you are asking to start picking up ladies.
Why not have the guys over to your house for a game of cards, or watch a game once a month. Let her go shopping that night .
Don't go to bars you are asking for trouble. My daughter is now leaving a wonderful husband who let her go out with the girls.

My Wife Went out on Girls Nights. So Yes. If you don't trust him (your in trouble already), If you do let him go or you will soon be the strangling wife that will choke the life out of him.
