Where can I get SVC Chaos Bosses Edition for MAME?

I've been looking for this ROM for days.
Everywhere I go, there's the wrong version of the game.
Even in IRC, I've asked everybody.
Some of them didn't know, some of them tried their best with no results and some of them were plain stubborn, had the link, but didn't give it to me.
This edition that I'm looking for, SVC Chaos Bosses Edition, is the one for MAME that you can also play as the hidden bosses (Firebrand, Athena etc.).
The ROM zip is named svc or svcc.
If anybody knows where to find it, please tell me.
If anybody has it, please upload it on somewhere.
And please.

I've heard it countless times how this game sucks.
I don't care.
Just give me the link or upload the ROM if you have it.

Here goto this sight go down to MAME 0.104 NEW/UPDATED ROMS you will find all the svc roms avaliable with the exception of svcsplus and I cant find it as of now but will look for it this week:
