I'd say about 1/2 are real or the Prescription type turf. The rest are going to the 4th generation artificial turf that is so real looking , its scary

There are many that are still 100% grass fields. Denver, KC, Oakland, San Diego just to name a few.

The patriots did up until halfway though this past season when the weather kept messing up the sod so they replaced it with the fake s*it

yes some do have reall grass but not alot. i do know Monster Park (49ERS stadium) has real grass and Qualcomm stadium (Chargers stadium) has real grass.
