I've been living in Pennsylvania for almost two months. I've tried getting a license but I cant because I need my birth certificate and two utility bills. Then I tried to open a bank account... but found out that I either need a Pa I.D. or two utility bills. Since I neededto get the licence, I figured that I would have my mom send me my birth certificate, so I went to the post office and tried getting one. Turns out I need a Pa I.D. and two utility bills to open a box. I cant get any utility bills because the place where im staying has everything included in the rent. I am a ******' american and I cant even get a ******' Pa Driver's license. Should I just go back to California??

Ask from them what should you do in this case. Do you have an access to lawyers? Ask question. Many lawyers do not charge for the first call and question. : )

Bring a lease agreement.
