Question

Hey people! rate these girls from 1-10 (1 being worst, 10 being best) I’m doing this because i am worried about one of those girls, she wont stop dieting! i told her she is slim and beautiful but she thinks i am just saying it because i am her sister. i want your opinions, i think all those girls are pretty and slim (they are her friends) especially my sis but she wont listen :(. for privacy I have blocked their faces.

all i want you to do is rate each girl from 1-10. thanks x

I'd give #1 a 9, #2 a 9, #3 an 8 and #4 a 10. I take it that the #4 is your sister. If thats her, shes perfect, no need to loose any more, really, all 4 are just fine in my eyes, the only reason I didnt give you all top marks(10), is because I cant see the faces, but as for the figures, #4 is the one. Good Luck, and girls, no more dieting for yall. You are fine the way you are.

I think they all look good, and they all should be happy they are not 250 lb.

If any of them think is fat, then what she needs to do is watch what she eats, not just do a diet and do plenty of exercise.

To do a good diet, is better to do some research, measure yourself, and try to follow a healthy diet that doesn’t cut on any kind of food, but just controls how much you eat. Eating on a schedule and the right portions helps a lot, not only to loose weight, but to keep you healthy and at same weight.

But again, exercise is also the other half. If she likes any sport, maybe she can join it at school, and that will keep her in shape.

As long she doesn’t stop eating, or eats too little for her size, she should be fine. Otherwise, she can also go to the doctor and get into some diet/exercise plans not to loose weight, but to keep it at the right level.

I'd almost bet that #4 is your sister. All of the girls in the pic looks great (I'm an older man so of course I'd think that way). I'm also an artist and I can see beauty from a mile away. There's nothing wrong with ANY of those girls. None of them need to diet one single bit. To do so will make thim ugly and way too gaunt. I'd much rather hug some flesh than hug bone.

its hard to rate without a face shot but they are all slim. #1 adn #4 being the slimmest but none of them are overweight

they all look pretty fit to me. i am not going to rate because I don't want hurting feelings. sorry. but reassure them that they are beautiful, and that they don't need to lose any weight.
