yes, i've tried reseting it with that little hole, but it continues to freeze. and i have also tried to "charge" it to delete that song. but it won't work
please help?!

Mine does the same. I tried e-mailing their support, but all they said was to reboot the thing. You should call them if you purchased the player within 60 days or e-mail them and ask for repair service centers, so you can give it to them for full repair for free, if bought within 12 months (I believe) of purchasing. Sorry for the long sentence =).

Don't play the song anymore. You could format it but that will erase all your songs so make sour you have them saved somewhere.
