Never underestimate an old man, he is more wiser than we give him credit. After all how did he become a billionaire? And just because he got old physically he was mentally capable of the choices and the promises he made regarding Anna Nicole and it was his right as a human to do so.
And if that meant having a real barbie doll to commit sexual abuse with, unfortunately that may appear to be so.
However Anna Nicole Smith did not get what she was owed.

No, and unless there is some way for her baby daughter to hire an attorney and go back to court it's over. We don't know, yet, who is in Anna Nicole's will, if there is someone in there that the court finds is working in her best interest they might be allowed to file suit in her place. Perhaps her legal power of attorney can sue on behalf of the baby. Remember tho the baby does not belong to the billionaire, she is still a beneficiary of her mothers estate.

She was awarded by Los Angeles Court of 474M. But the family of Billionaire Icon want to appeal to get it back. Son of His old man died after that. But still those greedy family... wants to appeal that Anna Nicole doesnt deserve anything. Now she's dead .... leave the money to unfortunate infant that is now no mommy and with 3 mans wants to be the father because of $$$$$.

she got 8 million and it is still in court for the other 120 million, the son who was fighting the old geezers will is dead now and so is she, and her son, sooooooo ...the case continues becasue it is on appeal based on testimony that has already happened now her estate is in charge of the suit...probably the sleezy howard stern who did her and danial in...will end up with all the money...I don't think he could sire a puppy let alone a human...but he is a lawyer....nough said.

It is still in a legal battle over the money. So far she has gotten very little of his money. She was fighting the step son then he died. Now she has died. So who gets the old mans fortune?
The lawyers who were going to drag it out and get most of it anyway.

No. She was awarded $474 mil that got reduced to $88 mil and that is still in the courts. She hasn't received a dime.

I think they were still trying to fight for it. I know the CA court ruled in her favor. However I will like to know, if her daughter is would be the heir of the money, or if it will be her husband Howard Stern (the attorney)

This issue was with the US Supreme Court but they did not make a decision as of yet. Curious question as to whether or not her child can take up the cause on her behalf but likely not. Lawsuits generally die with you.
