my soon to be Dear Husband insurance will not cover me until we are married. the wedding is still a little over a year away. in july we found out that i have endometriosis and decieded to start TTC. my periods are very irrgular. i would like to get my period regular does anyone know how i can do so with herbs or any other ideas?

It might be rough. I suggest you go to the website below and start charting your cycles. By knowing when (or if) you are ovulating, you can have intercourse to maximize your possibilities of conception. And if you aren't ovulating, when you get insurance and can talk with a gynecologist, you'll have this information which will help the doctor help you.

In general, get in shape if you aren't already. Overweight women produce excess estrogen, which is a BIG cause of infertility in women with a BMI over 30. Start taking a prenatal vitamin with folic acid now... it'll help the baby, even though the baby's not in there yet:)

Have you talked to your doctor about using birth control to get your periods regular? That's what my doc did. I am not one for herbs but talk to your doctor. He/She should be able to help you.
