In my classes booklet, usually if you want to go to Trig Honors, you have to have taken Geometry Honors. But if I took regular geometry...could I go to Trig Honors instead of regular trig?

It depends on your school, but if you're doing exceptionally well in regular geometry (90% or better, probably), I would think that your math teacher would reccomend you for Trig Honors. You might want to find the head of the math department, and talk to him/her in person. If you can prove you're up for the challenge of an honors course, I don't see why they would put you in a lower level. Again, this all depends on the school, teachers, math department, etc.

But remember, there are two different levels for a reason. If you can't stand the heat, stay out of honors. It's better to get an exceptional grade in a regular class, rather than an okay grade in an honors class (even with the GPA boost). You'll have to put in a lot of work, and the teachers may ask you to take a summer course. But, the bottom line is: ask! If you don't ask, you don't know.

Good Luck!

They may be able to give you a placement test to see if you qualify for the Trig Honors class without taking the required Geometry class. Depends on the school's policy. I would be surprised if they allow in unless you exceled at the Geometry class.
