Back when Neil Patrick Harris was Doogie Howser, MD I got suckered by a friend to write him as part of her campaign to try to get celebrity stuff for an auction her parents were organizing at her church. I'm sure he didn't read it (not that I much expected him to) because he sent me back an autographed photo and thanked me for being a "big fan". Right.

Yes, I wrote Ophra Winphry several years ago when they were doing a show on how to find lost relatives.
I told her I could not find my daughter after 20 years of searching and spending hundreds of dollars to search committies, but I never received an answer.
I also wrote several other talk shows that were doing the same thing and still never received any responce.

The class i have at school sent a birthday card to the Queen (UK), for her 80th birthday.HerLady In Waiting sent us a thank you letter, but thats the closest i've come
