I've tried pushing F2 it worked, but I can't find the option to change the time/year. I'm not really sure if there's 2 things you can do before startup. And the one I got is the one that has the option to do SAFE MODE, is that the BIOS? I'm confused.

whenever you computer starts
you will find a option press F8 for some key to get the bios access as per your computer or latop
then you go to the bios option and go the time tab and change the time, press the save and exit option for your bios and you are all set

safe mode is not hte bios, you should be able to change the year and date in the bois, just have to look around for it, but becarefl, don't change any thing if you don't know what it is, you could screw up your computer.
