Mya with a y is great and creative.My name is Ayana with a y not a i then it will be Aiana which doesn't look right.

It depends on how it is pronounced. I think Mia - is pronounced me-a whily Mya is pronounced my-a.

They both have different pronunciations, therefore, they are different names.
