drive over to pep boys, or autozone , some wipers are different sizes for the right and left side, ask the guy to help you, my daughter said they do it all the time, they don't mind, they want our business.

look at the plastic peice that the post is connected to
usually on the underside of this plastic piece (part that faces inside the car) will have a little flap to press on
this will open up the plastic peice so that the post can be slided in and out

You just have to depress the clip that holds the pin in the hole. Use a small screwdriver. If you have a new set of Anco blades, the instructions will be included and obvious.

It's easier to have someone show you than to try to tell you. Stop by your local auto parts store. Purchase a set of wipers and ask the salesperson to install them for you and show you how it's done. Normally they won't charge you.

either type, just push the tab button down and it slides off.
