my wife gave birth to our son and about a week after she had mastitis then she dried them off about two weeks after giving birth we started having sex again im in iraq right n ow and i have been for about 3 weeks can anyone tell me what the deal is

Presumably, she's lactating because she has high post-pregnancy hormone levels and a new baby crying to be fed every few hours. Some women find that they produce milk around crying infants even when they haven't given birth recently, and LOTS of women find that they are able to produce some milk if they are routinely suckled. Mastitis (blocked milk ducts) does not stop milk production: it clogs the tubes from which the milk flows.
If she took drugs to stop lactating, it's not surprising that she might start up again after she quit taking them.
