Ok lets just say I didn't have too much knowledge about cars.. and if i get the underbody neon lights for a stock camry can i install them myself without a hydraulic lift or does the car need to be lifted.. I know its underbody but just wondering if it was doable u know without a lift..

Unless you are paper thin, a jack or hoist of some description will be required.

Like the previous answerer said...you'll need a jack or a hoist. You also use ramps. If it still isn't enough you can jack up the rear and put a jackstand under each jackpoint (see your owners manual for locations).
Before you purchase the light kit check the laws in your state. In some states underbody lights are not street legal.

Do you live in California? If yes, then no it is illegal. (I don't know what other states have the same laws on under car neon lights)
