My husband and I argued the whole pregnancy about a name until we had to compromise and neither one of us got our first choice. We found a totally different name that wasn't on either of our "lists" that we both liked. If we hadn't done that we'd be divorced and calling our 1 yr old "kid". ;)
Good luck!

My husband couldn't agree either...he wanted Jackson and I wanted Hardy. So we decided that neither was budging and we picked another name-Maxwell. It was a sign that our son was neither a Jackson nor a Hardy! Now that he's here and 20 months old, he IS a total Max! It's your kid too, don't name him Blane if you don't like it. Go back to the drawing board and choose a name that you BOTH agree on for a boy. I know you probably don't want to hear this, but otherwise, someone is going to end up feeling gypped. Good luck!

This decision is a hard one. The child you are about to have belongs to both of you so therefore you BOTH need to be happy with the name. If these names aren't what you want maybe you should consider other names.
Congradulation and best of luck!

My hubby and I disagreed up until the day I gave birth then it took us the whole two days in the hospital to agree that we would put the name he liked as the baby's first name and the name I liked as the middle name so we both named our son.

Will tell you what I tell my girlfriends... You have the ultimate power of veto! :) You are the incubator and soooo very much more. You can be reasonable, of course, but I so believe that in the end it should be what feels right to you... You are the one doing the time, right!?
Congrats and good luck! :)

You just need to come to a compromise
Let him have the first name and you have the middle name
or vise versa
Thats how me and my BF did it

Well. Maybe you have too many boyfriends. It's going to be harder to reach a compromise with so many possible fathers.
