you know like a designed shirt almost like the one with the loony tones characters on it, you know like buggs bunny, daffy duck, or even the rappers like 50 cent, tupac, biggie or basically spray paint but for shirts

you mean a screen print machine? for screen printing logos, pictures?

I have heard them referred to as printing press, screen printing presses, and screen print systems.....
airbrushing would be just painting one at a time with an airbrush by hand... not machine? you can pick up those at art shops... and the right paints for it too.. the people in the stores would help you out with what you want/need.... buy a mask too... stinky and messy stuff..... but fun!
