I don't see a problem with going swimming while pregnant. I went swimming all the way up until I was due and it didn't hurt me any. Exercise is a good thing to help keep you and baby healthy.

Swimming is the BEST excercise you can do right now! It's resistance training and cardio excercise. Plus, being in the water can relieve some uncomfort due to pregnancy. My sister used to love it because it was the only time she could be comfortable in her last month or so.

Yes you can swim and I would advise any pregnant woman to go swimming if they can. It is the coolest thing that you can do when pregnant. You can feel the baby and it is so easy to tell what is what when you are in a pool. It is AWESOME!!!

No.. go ahead.. it is great exercise and I really think that the baby likes it. I know I swam alot while I was pregnant with my 1st and he would stretch out in my belly when I would swim around. That the most I remember feeling him. Have fun and good luck!!!

You can swim in a pool because it is low impact and great in helping you keep in shape for delivery. What is recommended is that you do NOT go into a hot tub

Do diving, but other than that, have fun! Its great exercise and relieves some of the pressures from the extra weight of the baby. My doc recommended during my last pregnancy. Best of luck.
