How much does Flannel shrink if washes in warm water?

What percentage should I figure for shrinkage? I dried on High.

flannel shrinks a lot!

you can expect anywhere from 5-10% shrinkage.

that's why i always buy anything flannel one size larger.

BTW, it is not the temp of the water you wash in, it is the dryer that does the shrinking.

approximately 35%. Plus it fades in warm water also
