Most caesar dressings do have raw egg in them which can be harmful to the baby.

More than likely, you're fine. Even if the baby won't be harmed, why should you suffer from the stress? For your own peace of mind, I would recommend using a different type of dressing.

I got a list of things not to eat when I was pregnant, and ceasar dressing was on it because of the eggs being raw. I'm not sure if you get ceasar dressing from a packet, how raw the ingredients are, because of food and drug administration laws. You can however make chicken ceasar salads yourself, without the raw eggs. Here's a recipe that would be baby friendly:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 c Parmesean cheese
1 tbsp of milk or half and half

Mix all ingredients together, and add salad and chicken. ;) Good luck with the baby!

There are raw eggs in some Caesar Dressings. As long as you and your baby are healthy it shouldn't be a problem one time, but to be safe stay away from it. Use a different dressing. Check with your doctor and follow his/her advice.

May God Bless you.

Your baby will be fine. Just don't eat anymore ceasar dressing! It could be harmful (probably only in huge quantity due to the raw eggs) also don't eat raw cookie dough while prego either.

If it was from a restaurant - call the restuarant and ask about their dressing. If there's no raw eggs in it - and most commerical ones don't have it anyway, only homemade ones might - then you should be okay.

What ? Are you serious ? Of course not ! It should be good for the baby with all the vitamins from the vegies and the protien from the chicken ! Are you sure you're not getting a little crazy from the hormones ? Try to meditate or take a hot bath. It's very common to freak out over nothing when growing a human inside you. BE KIND TO YOU ! PEACE.

the raw egg has to be a regular raw egg . they put stuff into the dressing to make it safe . do not worry about it.

I ate all kinds of salads when i was pregnant and it didn't hurt me at all. I had about every salad, at least that didn't have seafood in it. You are just fine and hang in there. Eat healthy and take good care of yourself and all will work out. Congrat's on baby
