She's keeping that tightly under wraps--she even kept the final chapter in a bank vault until she finished the last book. I have a theory, though. The prophecy never named Harry--it only said that the child born on the last day of July would destroy Voldemort and be destroyed himself. Neville was born on the same day. It's just that after Voldemort lost his powers after attacking Harry, others assumed it meant him, especially since Neville didn't show any real aptitude. But since the DA meetings, he's gotten much better, and he has as much reason to hate Voldemort as Harry does--remember what he did to Neville's parents?

I also think they'll find that Dumbledore is still alive. At the beginning of the 6th book, he went to the Weasleys and told them the Deatheaters had learned how to copy people, and to find a password to identify each other. It was never mentioned again. And remember how bad his hand was, how it never healed, and he'd never explain why? The real Dumbledore explained everything to Harry. I think "Dumbledore" was really Wormtail in disguise--the hand was the way it was because Wormtail's hand wasn't flesh--it was silver, and probably didn't change as easily.

I read that Harry Potter dies. I read that JK Rowling wanted him to die in this last book that she is writing in the series so that no one will try and pick up where she left off. She doesn't want some cheap imitation of the books, characters that she has created.

She has not said anything yet. If she did it would be on MuggleNet.com or on her website. You will just have to wait until July.
