Not as cheap as it used to be. I used to get a beer there for like $0.20 and now you will likely pay over $2.

Croatia is the new Czech Republic, and Dbrovnik is the new Prague. I'd recommend that country - many europeans vacation along the coast there because the beaches are beautiful (if not a bit pebbly). Poland is cheap too.

Have fun!

I'd say it is one of the cheapests certianlly, great deals on food entertainment and lodging. Great oudoor views for free.

Other eastern countries are also good deals relative to west europe, but prauge has more to offer culturally in my experience

Nope, Try Bratislava in slovakia. Alot like prague but cheaper. However not as mainstream.,

For really cheap places try poland, bulgaria and romania.

prague certianly is cheap but not as cheap as it used to be because it is so touristy now. other small towns in the czech republic ie cesky krumlov and other towns through bohemia are still really really cheap.
