Put 1/2 cup of cascade (dish washing detergent) into your washer and wash in cold water. This probably will do the trick. If not wash again using the same amount of cascade. Do not put clothes in dryer until they are white again. Also cascade is abrasive it will make whites whiter but do not use on colors as they will fade rapidly. Use cascade only occasionally to whiten other clothes. It really works.

If it's red hair dye in your white clothes. DO not dry the load or you'll be stuck with pink. Go buy 2 big bottles of Head and shoulders dandruff shampoo. Dump 1 bottle in washer wash in COLD water. Repeat.
If you can find it Prell shampoo works too.

If its red fabric dye from a red towel, Try Clorox bleach and hot water. But do not dry the clothes first.
