What strengths and weaknesses can you see in personal interviews and observation type tests?

People only show what they want you to see in an interview or observational test.

Work skills, interpersonal skills and history of success are not seen in such methods.

Its all in the eyes,hands and feet. Darting eyes can be either lack of knowledge or false information.Open or closed hands can mean acceptance or rejection of ideas. Crossed legs can be a defensive gesture and open can be comfortable to surroundings.
Or not.
